our story
For 75 days a year, Victory Field is and has been the home of the Indianapolis Indians Triple-A ballclub since 1996. It’s performed that duty quite well, winning numerous accolades for its amenities, fan services, cleanliness, and its beauty.
so why a
baseball stadium?
We have a nationally recognized caterer/concessionaire right here in our building with a network of chefs across the country. We have 5 video boards and a production team. We have a state-of-the-art sound system and colorful LED stadium lighting. We have on-site parking, large restrooms and larger hospitality areas. We have 24 private suites and a 5,000 sf Club overlooking the field and downtown. We have another 200,000 sf of programable outdoor space. And we’re footsteps away from major hotels, the convention center and the White River State Park.
For 290 days a year, it gets to spread its wings and be anything it wants to be. A conference center, a concert stage, a movie theatre, a church, a football field, a 9-hole golf course, a restaurant, a petting zoo, a beer garden, or a water park. Guests have visited our ‘baseball stadium’ to attend trade shows, charity walks, food festivals, beer festivals, celebrity beach bowls, galas, tailgates, weddings, memorials, watch parties, auto shows and comedy shows. We conduct tours and indoor batting practices. We host kickball and field days in the outfield grass. We transform our plaza into a family playground. We even shoot fireworks.
